1. Customer returns and cancelled orders. These printers have been sold and have left the warehouse, subsequently they can no longer be sold as new.
2. Demonstration and trial printers which have been provided to customers for demonstration purposes.
3. Printers which have been used for trade shows or similar events.
4. Trade-in-Printers, which customers have returned in order to upgrade.
5. Asset management collection. Printers which have been removed from the site of companies which have ceased trading.
Guarantee.
All of our Products and Services are fully guaranteed for 12 months. In the case of a printer or printer cartridge failing due to product or service supplied by ourselves, our engineer will conduct a FREE OF CHARGE priority visit to correct the failure.
