Chesterfield Based Company
We are a Chesterfield based company that specialises in repairing, servicing and supporting office and home printers. Established in 1992 we were one of the first companies in the UK to enter into the printer support industry. The knowledge gained in the 30+ years, and our experience of the local areas makes it impossible for any national company to match.

Post Warranty Support
We're happy to provide support for your printer while it's still in manufacturers warranty. But once the manufacturer warranty expires, our Post Warranty Support will support the printer for as long as you have it.
AdHoc Support
After 30+ years, our AdHoc repair and service procedure is tried, tested and proven to work as a cost effective option to replacing a failing printer. We simply provide an engineer to your site as and when you have a problem. Or you can bring your printer to us, and we'll repair it in our workshop.
Annual Support
Through our extensive experience within the industry, we are able to tailor support packages to the client. Our 'Annual Routine Preventative Maintenance Scheme', 'Annual Maintenance/Support Schemes', and our unique 'PrintProgram' (which includes all printer cartridges and annual support) are all tried, tested and proven.
Friendly Printer Engineers
Our friendly printer engineers have as many as 30 years individual experience, and carry out service and repair procedures for all of our clients printers, no matter whether office based or home based.
Printer Cartridges
We provide the full range of Genuine 'OEM' printer cartridges, and we also provide a Very High Quality, 'FULLY GUARANTEED', None Genuine, Compatable, Remanufactured, and Alternate product, all which equals the performance of the Genuine 'OEM'.
Other Consumables
We provide Genuine 'OEM', Compatible, Remanufactured, and Alternate Maintenance Kits, Roller Kits, Fuser Kits, Transfer Kits, Drum Kits, Developer Kits, Print Heads, Paper, including Roll Paper for wide format printers. We also carry a vast range of spare parts to keep your printer up and running.
Printer Sales
Like many other companies we supply new printers. However, our Ex-Demo/Refurbished Printers separate us from the rest. We are happy to deliver our Ex-Demo/Refurbished Printer, install it, and train the users how to use it too, and our friendly Helpdesk staff will always be at the end of the telephone for you if you need help. Additionally, the support options provided with our Ex-Demo/Refurbished Printers is equivalent to that offered with new printers.
Guarantee
All of our Products and Services are fully guaranteed for 12 months. In the case of a printer or printer cartridge failing due to product or service supplied by ourselves, our engineer will conduct a FREE OF CHARGE priority visit to correct the failure.
