AdHoc Engineer Site Visits

With more than 20 years experience in the industry Laser Friend has become recognised as a provider of everything printer related.

An AdHoc Engineer Site Visit is charged at a set fee according to the model of your printer, and depending on your location can often be carried out on the same day.

We DO NOT charge an hourly rate.

We believe if you commit to us, we'll commit to you and charge you a set fee for the engineers' time no matter how long he works on your printer.
Additional necessary work or parts are chargeable, but the engineer will advise of any additional cost and will only continue when authorised.

AdHoc Workshop Repair
An Adhoc Workshop Repair works along the same lines as a site visit.
The only differences are that you bring your printer to us, and in return we reduce the charge for the engineers' time.

Engineers Report.
All work carried out is thoroughly documented in an engineer report, and a copy of the report is left with the printer enabling you to build a printer service history.

It doesn't matter whether we already support your printers or not, if you have an issue with your printer and you need technical support, simply call our friendly technical support team on 01246 266012, or complete our enquiry form
If we can sort your printer over the phone we will. And if we can't, we will be able to discuss the cost of repair or a replacement printer
